Short bootcamp, long title.
We (my awesome team of coaches and I) couldn’t decide what to call our upcoming 5-day free challenge because we are just excited about delivering a bunch of content. For example:
- 2 x 1-minute ab/core moves each day (you’ll build up to a total of 10 moves in 10 minutes)
- nutrition tips to banish bloat and start letting go of any fluff that covers the abs we’ll be building
- options for a longer-term plan to continue working smarter to get results
- fun, energy, camaraderie and support!
